Introducing our very first live release from Melbourne’s finest, 30/70. Taken from their European ‘Fluid Motion’ tour last year and featuring an exclusive forthcoming track. This recording was taken from a particularly special show in Paris in the Summer of 2019 - an especially wonderful Summer that took in the now legendary “day off” at Worldwide Festival, a stunning debut at Brainchild and a headline slot at the world famous Jazz Cafe. It was however this particular recording, where the stars aligned and that magic was captured on tape. In lieu of being able to see any live performances this summer - we hope this recording goes some way to fill the gap left in our souls and point ahead toward brighter times when we can be together and share these experiences once again.
From the band:
"Here’s one for the European family, for Rhythm Section and for our beautiful manager of four years Maddie Stephenson. We are shattered that we cant make it over to Europe again this year and hope that this ‘Live in Paris, La Défense’ show will bring you a little sunlight, wherever you are!
The first show of our 2019 European Summer Tour, 40 degrees, full sun and it tastes like Aperol Spritz, sunsets at Worldwide Festival, menthol cigarettes and dancing all night at the Bussey Building, Peckham!! Featuring Ziggy Zeitgeist on the Drums, Matt Hayes on Bass, Thomas Mansfield on Guitar, Josh Kelly on Sax, Finn Rees on keys and Allysha Joy upfront on vocals and percussion! Sending you love and light, we hope to see you all very soon!
Much love 30/70 xx"
